Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us but due to the one-off nature of our bespoke pieces, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds on any pieces from our “Bespoke” or “Engagement and Wedding Rings” collections. In some cases exchanges may be facilitated at the sole discretion of Botanica Handcrafted Jewellery. Any exchanges must be requested within 14 days of collection or courier delivery. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Any pieces that have been sized, engraved, or altered in any way cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is noticed, please report it to us immediately and return the item to our studio for an assessment within 30 days of collection or courier delivery. Due to the unique nature of each jewellery piece, any perceived defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Once the piece has been assessed we will discuss whether a repair or replacement is warranted.

A one-off gemstone variation of the much loved Two Leaf Studs, using marquise and pear shape tourmalines to create the "two leaf" silhouette and beautiful dark pink round tourmalines as the final accent.
Earrings measure: 13mm in length from point of the marquise tourmaline to the round pink tourmaline.
Tourmalines: The cluster earrings are made up of 2 x green marquise tourmalines, 2 x pink pear shape tourmalines and 2 x round pink tourmalines with a total weight of 1,75ct.
Metal: 9ct yellow gold.

Please note that a tourmaline's colour can look different depending on the kind of light it is being viewed in. While we have tried to capture these stones in different types of light they may look different in some settings; we think this is one of the aspects that makes your earrings so unique.
We send orders with Courier Guy or MDS throughout South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, a physical address is needed where someone will be available to sign. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery takes between 2 to 5 days for standard delivery and 1 to 2 days for express. Delivery to farms, embassies/consulates, power stations, government buildings, hospitals and chain stores incur additional delivery fees. Please reach out to us for a quote should you wish to have your order delivered to any of the above locations.
Please ensure someone is available at the address to accept the delivery. We cannot take responsibility for missed deliveries if no one is available at the address. Undelivered items will be returned and any additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is suggested that you track your parcel once it is dispatched so you can monitor expected delivery.
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but some pieces do require up to 20 working days to manufacture. Our manufacturing lead times and shipping times are separate. If you require something for a sooner date please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship internationally with FedEx and DHL which takes between 4-10 working days depending on delivery area.

If you are not happy with a purchase and wish to return it please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do what we can to rectify it and assess whether an exchange or replacement is applicable. Items will need to be returned to us, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please ensure all returns are done within 14 days of receiving your order. Courier fees are not refundable and any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds but will offer an exchange or replacement depending on the specific concern. Custom orders, rings that have been sized, jewellery pieces that have been altered, pieces with initial engravings or orders with customisations cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with all details of your order prior to be it being manufactured.
